There are two nostrils and we breath like automatic machine. Have u ever thought about the art of breating? The art of breathing is pranayama.

Deep inhaling and exhaling give force to ur blood flow to circulate all parts of ur body. You never get tired.

Ok. What is the use of controling the breath and how to do it?

The right nostril is for sun, left nostril is for moon. This is according to pranayama rules.Sun is male and moon is female according to astrology. Now if u want a male child, the man's right nostril should inhale and exhale continuously for one hour before intercourse.Till that time close ur left nostril with a sponge or small cloth.This brings u success for having male child.

Explaining scientifically, female gametic cells have xx chromosome, they are homogametic. Male gametic cells have xy chromosomes, they are heterogametic. when x of male gametic cells joins with any of female gametic chromosomes,it forms female child. When y of male gametic cells joins with any of female gametic chromosomes, it forms male child. Through pranayama, u are increasing and bringing out the power of y chromosomes.
